PM Modi's go vote appeal for Opposition ahead of LS Polls

Prime Minister Narendra Modi went on a tweetstorm on Wednesday and appealed India biggest names across all walks of life to encourage Indian citizens to vote in the upcoming elections.

In a matter of an hour, PM Modi tweeted 29 times and tagged Opposition leaders, film stars, sportspersons, businessmen among many others.

He urged the Opposition leaders to create awareness among voters about their right to vote. He requested them to strengthen these efforts "across the length and breadth of India."
