Police not serious about Delhi riots probe? 

Over 15 months after riots in Delhi shook the national capital, the Delhi Police has come under fire by the high court as well as a Sessions court.

The high court today granted bail to 5 accused in the murder of a constable. The HC said an accused can't be kept in jail for just organising a protest or staying in touch with protesters. So, police not serious about Delhi riots probe? Will riot victims ever get justice?
