Political row breaks out over Bengal BJP chief Dilip Ghosh's Gujarat model remark

A fresh war of words has erupted after West Bengal BJP president Dilip Ghosh said his party would emulate Gujarat's growth model to develop Bengal if voted to power.

Reacting to his statement, TMC leader Firhad Hakim has slammed Ghosh saying that states like Gujarat and UP are known for encounter killings raking up the Ishrat Jahan encounter incident.
