Problems in Punjab Congress continue

Problems seem to be continuing in the Punjab unit of the Congress despite a change of guard after the prolonged infighting. The latest bone of contention is the escalating tension between Punjab Congress president Navjot Singh Sidhu and Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi.
