Rafale deal: Arun Jaitley slams Rahul, questions his understanding

Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Sunday said the statements made by Congress president Rahul Gandhi on the Rafale deal show his lack of understanding of the matter. He said Gandhi has vitiated the public discourse by his language. Jaitley refuted allegation of wrongdoings in the Rafale deal and said the government will not cancel it.
