It's a day of heavy political activity in Karanataka as Congress president Rahul Gandhi and BJP president Amit Shah are campaigning in the state for the upcoming assembly elections.

Rahul Gandhi is campaigning in Shimoga which is a bastion of BJP's Yeddyurappa. The Congress president held a road show with Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah and addressed a rally.
