Rape accused bishop Franco Mulakkal questioned at crime branch

Bishop Franco Mulakkal, a Catholic priest accused of repeatedly raping a nun from Kerala between 2014 and 2016, arrived this morning at the Thripunithura crime branch office in Ernakulam. He's being interrogated by the police.
