Revanth Reddy, Owaisi share stage at Iftar party: AIMIM chief says 'will fight together'

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi shared a stage at an Iftar party in Hyderabad. At the gathering, Owaisi said they "will have to fight together against those who spread hatred".

This comes weeks ahead of the Lok Sabha elections, which are slated to commence on April 19.

This comes after Reddy recently heaped praise on the AIMIM chief, stating that the Hyderabad Lok Sabha MP speaks up in Parliament for all citizens of India. 

The BJP, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is also vying for influence in Telangana, having emerged as the second party in terms of seat share in the 2019 Lok Sabha polls.
