Saradha scam: CBI moves Supreme Court against West Bengal Government

The battle between the CBI and West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee is heating up as CBI has moved Supreme Court against WB government in Saradha chit fund scam.

On Sunday, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee ordered Kolkata Police to stop a CBI team from reaching Kolkata Police Commissioner Rajiv Kumar's residence. CBI wants to question Rajiv Kumar in relation to the scam.
