Sheila Dikshit passes away: Political leaders pay tributes to 3-time Delhi CM

Political leaders from across the parties paid rich tributes to three-time Delhi Chief Minister and senior Congress stalwart Sheila Dikshit who passed away on Saturday at the age of 81 in Delhi.

Union Minister of Minority Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said that Sheila Dikshit's death is huge loss for Indian politics.
