Time has come for full-term and full-time president: Shashi Tharoor on Congress leadership crisis

Senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor said that time has come to move from an interim arrangement to a full-term and full-time president for the grand old party.

Speaking to India Today, Tharoor also heaped praise on Rahul Gandhi and said he did a great job during lockdown in articulating fiercely opposition and criticism of the mistakes of the Modi govt.
