Tuticorin deaths: Madras HC orders authorities to preserve all evidence

In the latest development in the Tuticorin custodial death case, Madurai bench of Madras High Court asked the Tuticorin collector on Monday to direct the revenue officials to take over the Sathankulam police station and preserve the evidence and other materials.

The court's direction came as the magistrate carrying out the enquiry informed the bench that the police personnel at Saathankulam was not cooperating with the probe. Watch full report.
