UP ATS probes ISI's role in conversion racket case

The UP ATS is directly examining the role of Pakistan's ISI in the conversion racket case, according to sources. The UP ATS has contacted India's intelligence agencies regarding a terrorist link to the conversion syndicate.

A school teacher in Fatehpur has also revealed details of key accused Umar Gautam's conversion plot. The teacher said that Umer visited UP school with 20-25 maulanas in 2020 and added that those maulanas would lure the students with the promise of poverty alleviation.
