Will hunt down those responsible and finish them, says Satya Pal Malik on Pulwama attack

Speaking to Aaj Tak, Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satya Pal Malik said it was unfortunate this attack could not be averted.

Malik said there was an element of desperation in the manner in which the attack was carried out.
