Union Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Kiren Rijiju urged leaders to 'work with a calm mind' despite the 'emergency' or urgency of the issues. CPI(M) MP John Brittas warned that 'if the parliament is stalled, disrupted', the responsibility would rest on the government.
