Women of all ages can enter Kerala's Sabarimala Temple, says Supreme Court

The majority opinion on the five-judge bench that heard the Sabarimala case has held that women cannot be barred entry into the Sabarimala Temple. "Every one has the right of entry in temple... women of all ages are allowed," CJI Dipak Misra said for himself and Justice AM Khanwilkar. Justices Rohinton Nariman and DY Chandrachud have concurred with this opinion.
