Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief and BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh has been charged with sexual harassment and stalking in a chargesheet filed by Delhi Police after allegations by top wrestlers that sparked massive protests. The police, however, told a Delhi court that no "corroborative evidence" was found against the BJP leader in a case filed by a minor, and files a report seeking a cancelation of the case. The chargesheet was filed after wrestlers, protesting against the WFI chief since April, had met Union Minister Anurag Thakur, who assured them of taking action against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh by June 15.
