Supreme Court constitutes bench for same sex marriage

A five-judge constitution bench was constituted in the Supreme Court on petitions to legally recognise same-sex marriage.

Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul, Justice S Ravindra Bhat, Justice Hima Kohli and Justice PS Narasimha's bench will hear various petitions on April 18.
