Despite the mounting criticism on several fronts, including the slowing economy and the nationwide protests against the amended citizenship law, Prime Minister Narendra Modi's remains popular leader, according to India Today Group-Karvy Insights Mood of the Nation (MOTN) poll.
According to the survey, 30 per cent of respondents found his performance outstanding, 38 per cent good, 19 per cent average, 9 per cent poor and 4 per cent respondents rated his performance as very poor.
