Dhurandhar 2 box office: Ranveer's film enters Rs 1,000-crore club in 7 days

Actor Boman Irani has said that Dhurandhar: The Revenge actor Rakesh Bedi was always a star. Bedi is known for his roles in popular Hindi shows such as Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi, Yes Boss, Shrimaan Shrimati, and Hum Sab Ek Hain.

The post from the Instagram account Official Humans of Bombay traced the actor's journey from his humble beginnings and noted how his fame at the age of 71 reaffirms the notion that age is just a number. Under the post, referring to Rakesh, actor Boman Irani wrote, "You were and will always be a star."

Bedi is getting praise for his portrayal of Jameel Jamali in the Aditya Dhar directorial. Dhurandhar: The Revenge, featuring Ranveer Singh was released on March 19, 2026.
