Actor-politician Kangana Ranaut channels ordinary people’s bravery in the newly unveiled glimpse of her upcoming film, Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata, which is inspired by real incidents from the 26/11 Mumbai attacks.
The motion poster, released on May 28, features Kangana as a nurse trying to save a patient amid panic and destruction, hinting at an emotional story about courage and resilience during one of the country’s darkest times. It sets a tense and dramatic tone, with visuals suggesting the emotional and physical turmoil faced by frontline workers during the attacks.

ABOUT BHARAT BHHAGYA VIDDHAATA
Directed and written by Manoj Tapadia, Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata is described as a tribute to unsung heroes and draws inspiration from real incidents that took place at Mumbai’s Cama and Albless Hospital during the 26/11 terror attacks.
According to a report by Variety India, the film will focus on the bravery displayed by hospital staff members during the crisis as they worked tirelessly amid fear and chaos.
Also starring Girija Oak, the film is slated to release in theatres on June 12, 2026.
Kangana was last seen in Emergency, the political drama that she also directed and co-produced. In the film, she portrayed former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and explored the Emergency period imposed in India between 1975 and 1977.
