Amitabh Bachchan has said he has instructed his security team to ensure fans are treated with care and respect during his weekly Sunday gatherings outside Jalsa. The veteran actor shared the update on his Tumblr blog along with a fresh set of pictures from his latest interaction with fans.

In his note, Bachchan wrote about the importance of those who gather to see him, saying their support gives him strength and pushes him to work harder. He also said people who wait for hours in the heat for a glimpse of him should be treated properly and with respect.

Sharing the post, Amitabh wrote, “This is my pride and my honour to have the blessings of the many they make me believe they make me breathe another day they provoke me to work harder and to deliver they are my Ef my extended family (sic).”

He concluded the note by writing, “In this heat, they have been waiting for hours to get a glimpse and that is no small thing. After that, to not behave well with them, that is not okay. The public is our god. Love, respect and goodwill towards them, that’s all they want. They give us so much, and we need to mirror the same love and respect) (sic)."

He also attached several pictures from the gathering with fans outside Jalsa.

Amitabh Bachchan recently concluded his hosting stint for the 17th season of Kaun Banega Crorepati, continuing his long-running association with the popular quiz show.
