Maa Inti Bangaram trailer: Samantha is done playing nice, goes full massy
Samantha breaks away from the traditional ideal housewife image in Maa Inti Bangaram. The trailer showcases a fierce and layered character ready to protect her family at any cost. The rural drama is set for release on June 19.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu is done playing safe, and definitely done playing the “ideal housewife”. The trailer of Maa Inti Bangaram, unveiled on May 25, presents the actor in a fierce new avatar as she headlines a rural action drama packed with family emotion, punchy one-liners and full-blown mass moments.
Directed by Nandini Reddy and based on a story created by Raj Nidimoru, the film is slated for a theatrical release on June 19.
The three-minute-and-five-second trailer puts Samantha front and centre as a woman willing to go to any extent to protect her family. Set against a rugged rural backdrop, the film appears to show her in two distinct shades – a soft-spoken daughter-in-law everyone underestimates, and a fearless force who is more than ready to throw hands when things spiral out of control.
One of the trailer’s standout dialogues comes when her character says, “What qualities must be possessed by an ideal daughter-in-law? I do not possess even one of them.” And honestly, the trailer makes sure you remember that.
From emotional confrontations to action-heavy sequences, the trailer leans into both sentiment and swagger. Another line that has already caught attention online is: “I will beat each one of them with love!” – which, in the world of Maa Inti Bangaram, clearly comes with a warning label.

The trailer also showcases Samantha in a noticeably rawer and massier avatar compared to some of her recent roles. There is grit, anger, vulnerability and plenty of attitude packed into the character, with the visuals hinting at a layered backstory behind her transformation.
