Video: Rishab Shetty attends Daiva Nema ritual amid Kantara 1 shoot challenges

Amid speculation about hurdles in the filming of the much-anticipated Kantara: Chapter 1, actor and director Rishab Shetty was seen seeking divine blessings at a midnight Daiva Nema ritual in Mangaluru.

The spiritual visit comes at a time when reports suggest the film may be facing significant production or personal challenges. However, the makers recently confirmed an October release for the highly-anticipated project.

Rishab Shetty, accompanied by his wife and two children, took part in the annual Daiva Utsava of Kadri Barebail Varahi Panjurli and Jarandaya Daivas — a deeply revered tradition in coastal Karnataka. The ritual, which began around 11 pm and continued till 4 am, saw Shetty actively participating in the sacred ceremonies, praying with folded hands before the oracles.
