Acid attack survivor Khushboo Devi shares her ordeal

In 2017, Khushboo Devi was attacked with acid by her father, Manik Chandra because she had reported him to cops for sex trafficking young girls in their home. Even though several doctors initially refused to treat her, she was finally accepted at King George’s Medical University hospital, in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Today, Khusboo has emerged as an inspiration for other acid attack victims.
