After spending 13 years in a near-vegetative state following a devastating fall, Harish Rana’s family has finally been allowed to withdraw life-sustaining support. Rana has now been shifted to a palliative care unit at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, as his family and members of the Brahma Kumaris bid him an emotional farewell.
