Two Akanksha Singhs claim UPSC rank 301. Who is the real candidate?

Confusion has erupted after the results of the Union Public Service Commission exam, with two women named Akanksha Singh appearing to claim Rank 301.

One Akanksha from Ara, Bihar, said in a video that she secured the rank. Meanwhile, another Akanksha from Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh, says the roll number listed against Rank 301 belongs to her and alleges that documents circulating online use her roll number with someone else’s photograph.
