Should India revisit all diplomatic ties with Pakistan?

Pakistan ex-envoy to India Ashraf Jehangir Qazi openly supported jihad and said it was justified if people in Jammu and Kashmir take up gun.

"If is legitimate for people of Jammu and Kashmir to take up guns and arms resistance. If they demand help from other countries for their jihad then it is justified," Ashraf Jehangir Qazi said.
