Roshni Nadar Malhotra has the daunting task of building HCL beyond what founder Shiv Nadar, built. Among India’s top 20 largest publicly traded companies and one of the top five IT services firm, HCL Technologies had a market capitalisation of Rs 3.14 lakh crore (as of December 20, 2021). Daughter of Shiv and Kiran Nadar, Roshni is the first woman to lead a listed IT company in India.
