Round 2 of Shaheen Bagh talks; Donald Trump's India visit; more

The Supreme Court-appointed interlocutors will visit Shaheen Bagh for second rounds of talks with the protesters on Thursday.

Advocates Sanjay Hegde and Sadhana Ramachandran as well as former bureaucrat Wajahat Habibullah on Wednesday went to Shaheen Bagh on, the epicentre of the anti-CAA protests, to speak to the women and attempt to find a way out of the impasse.

The move comes after the Supreme Court suggested that the agitation should be held in an alternative site where no public place is blocked.
