Is India-Nepal relation entering a deep freeze?

An Indian man was shot dead while three others received gunshot injuries on Friday after Nepal border police troops opened fire "deep inside" Nepalese territory" adjoining Bihar's Sitamarhi district, officials said.

Earlier, Nepal officially released its new political map showing Lipulekh, Kalapani and Limpiyadhura as parts of its territory amid the ongoing dispute with India. Nepal's Parliament is on its way to amend the constitution in order to change the map, incorporating disputed areas of Lipulekh, Lympiyadhura and Kalapani.
