West Asia crisis: US may be talking peace, but is it gearing up for bigger offensive?

The United States has threatened to resume bombing campaigns against Iranian targets if peace negotiations fail, escalating its strategy from a maritime blockade at the Strait of Hormuz to a broader military offensive. American officials confirmed the blockade remains active, while Washington warned Chinese financial institutions of secondary sanctions for facilitating Iranian financial flows.
