Is Kashmir really normal?

Presenting the status report on Kashmir in Rajya Sabha, Union Home Minister Amit Shah today said that normalcy has returned in Kashmir. He added that there is no shortage of medicines or fuel in the Valley. But, top leaders like Farooq Abdullah, Mehbooba Mufti and Omar Abdullah are still in detention. Internet is still down even over 100 days after the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir.
