Lynching is becoming the new normal in India?

The constituent assembly that drafted India's Constitution knew that laws in the country could be twisted to challenge the Fundamental Rights assured to the citizens and that's exactly why The Right to Constitutional Remedies, that is, a process to seek justice through courts, was included in it. But in today's India, lynching is becoming the new normal.
