Can Sena-Cong-NCP claim moral victory?

Shiv Sena, Congress, and NCP, in a mega show of strength, got all of their MLAs under one roof at the Grand Hyatt in Mumbai to prove they are all together and are ready to overthrow the BJP government in the state. While the alliance says there were 162 MLAs, the BJP claims that there were hardly 135. But the big questions that arise out of today's spectacle are whether this was done out of the fear? Does this display of strength assure that the MLAs will vote in favour of the alliance on the floor of the house?
