Rahul Gandhi in Manipur: Photo op or healing touch?

The top focus of this episode of News Today is on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's visit to violence-hit Manipur. Rahul, who is on a two-day visit to Manipur, took a helicopter ride to Churachandpur to visit the relief camps after his cavalcade was stopped midway in Bishnupur.  Meanwhile, the BJP called the visit an attempt to incite violence, while Congress claimed Rahul's convoy was deliberately blocked by the government.
