Is Nitish Kumar's action against Brajesh Thakur too little too late?

Will Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar come clean on the house of horrors where as many as 34 girls were repeatedly raped? Why did it take seven months for his government to file an FIR even though a complaint was submitted to the authorities concerned in November 2017? Under pressure from after the national outcry, the Bihar government has arrested main accused Brajesh Thakur and blacklisted his 30 organisations. But is this too little too late?
