People's Court: Is violence being legitimised?

In a major development in the Alwar lynching case, Rajasthan's home minister today confirmed that the evidence gathered in the case suggested a custodial death.

The statements in the aftermath of the violence basically suggested that those who try to smuggle cows are asking for it. By this logic, are we justifying all violence?
