Amritsar train accident: Who is at fault?

The Dusshera event organiser and Congress youth leader Saurabh Mithu Madan, who is absconding after the train accident near Amritsar, on Monday released a video denying any responsibility for the tragedy.

In a short video, Saurabh claimed that he had taken all the required permissions for the event and is extremely pained by the incident. "I had organised the Dussehra event to bring people together to celebrate the festival," he said.
