Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao reinstated a TRS leader Koneru Krishna as the Vice-Chairperson of Zilla Parishad, who was caught three months ago beating a woman forest range officer Anitha. What is shocking is that cases against Koneru Krishna are still pending.
