A day after investigators probing the Hathras case made claims on the basis of a call detail record (CDR) that the main accused was in touch with victim's brother, family members of the Dalit woman have rejected the findings.
Victim's brother said, "Why would I talk to him? He is not from our caste. Not our relative. Why will we speak? We didn't talk."
Call records showed that 62 outgoing and 42 incoming calls -- totalling 104 -- were made between the two phone numbers, UP police claimed.
So, the question is, is an attempt being made to change the narrative? Can CDR wipe murder charge? And who wants to change the narrative?
Watch as panelists debate.
