Safaigiri 2017: Kalli Purie delivers welcome speech, acknowledges PM Modi's initiative

Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his August 27 Mann ki Baat radio address asked citizens to participate in Swachhta hi Seva campaign from September 15 to October 2.
