Axiom Space has unveiled the first spacesuit prototype that Artemis generation astronauts will wear on the Moon. However, the company has now revealed the original colours of the spacesuits as it plans to have new versions for training purposes for NASA later this summer.

The astronauts will land on the Moon with the Artemis-III mission, where they will work to ensure a longer presence by setting up a base on the lunar world to push to Mars.

"Axiom’s next-generation spacesuits will not only enable the first woman to walk on the Moon, but they will also open opportunities for more people to explore and conduct science on the Moon than ever before," NASA Administrator Bill Nelson, said in a statement.
