Mentions that he is very pleased with the results that showed on the ground after the hard work and says he only focuses on the game and stays fearless. 

Riyan Parag, the captain of Rajasthan Royals, starts by talking about Vaibhav and says that it was incredible and they had spent two months with him, but to witness it on a grand stage like this was unreal. Adds that they changed the strategy and tried to be aggressive in the middle overs as well with the bat, and it came off. Mentions that you can learn every day in the IPL and you need to implement those little things that you pick up. Reckons that this win will give them a huge boost of confidence but still have to take it one game at a time.

Yashasvi Jaiswal, from Rajasthan Royals, is in for a chat too. He starts by applauding the knock from Vaibhav Suryavanshi and says this is the best inning he has seen. Adds that Vaibhav plays really good shots and works really hard in practice and has a great temperament to go on to do big things. Mentions that they had talks about somebody staying till the end to finish the game and take responsibility and he is happy to have done that in this game. Concludes that they are looking to give a hundred percent in every game and try to just enjoy it as it comes. 

Shubman Gill, the GT skipper, says that the openers took the game away from them in the Powerplay. Adds that there were a couple of things that they could have done well in the second innings, and a couple of early dropped chances didn't help their cause. On being subbed out, he says that he felt a bit of a back spasm and with another game on the horizon, he decided to take rest. Mentions that they take it game by game and hope to bounce back in Ahmedabad. On Vaibhav, Gill says that it was his day and he made full use of his hitting abilities

Earlier in the game, Gujarat Titans once again showcased the firepower at the top, with their top three firing on all cylinders to post a score beyond 200. Sai Sudharsan and Shubman Gill laid a rock-solid foundation with a fluent 93-run stand, before Gill and Jos Buttler shifted gears in the middle overs to make sure the strong start was fully capitalised on. Gill eventually departed after a classy 84, but Buttler kept the momentum going, unleashing a late assault to bring up his half-century and steer GT to an imposing total of 209. As for Rajasthan Royals, it was far from their best outing. Their fielding was patchy, and the bowling lacked bite. Maheesh Theekshana was the lone bright spot with two wickets, but overall, the Royals' bowling effort fell well short of the mark too.

For Gujarat Titans, it was a day to forget with the ball in hand. With skipper Shubman Gill subbed out due to a slight back spasm, Rashid Khan took over the reins in the second innings, but GT never really found their footing. A crucial moment came early when Jos Buttler dropped Yashasvi Jaiswal on just 2 runs - a costly miss that came back to haunt them in a big way. From there on, the Royals' batters made GT pay heavily. Barring Rashid Khan, every Gujarat bowler was taken to the cleaners, and the Titans had no answers to the relentless assault. This heavy defeat also dents their net run rate, putting extra pressure on them heading into the business end of the tournament. 

Vaibhav continued his assault without dropping intensity, racing to his maiden IPL century off just 35 balls, rewriting the record books once again as the youngest IPL centurion. While Yashasvi Jaiswal also reached a well-deserved half-century, Prasidh Krishna eventually dismissed the young sensation, but by then, the damage was well and truly done. Although Rashid Khan briefly raised hopes with another wicket, Riyan Parag and Yashasvi Jaiswal ensured there were no further hiccups, steering Rajasthan Royals home with a clinical chase, finishing with 25 balls to spare.

Chasing a big total, Rajasthan Royals needed a blazing start and the young, dynamic duo of Yashasvi Jaiswal and Vaibhav Suryavanshi delivered in spectacular style. They tore into the Gujarat Titans' attack during the Powerplay, peppering the boundaries and putting on a breathtaking show around the park. Vaibhav Suryavanshi notched up his maiden IPL fifty in just 17 balls, becoming the youngest player ever to score a half-century in the league's history! The fireworks didn't stop there as the pair racked up 87 runs in the Powerplay, laying the perfect foundation for the mammoth chase.

Strategic Break! A much-needed pause for Gujarat Titans, who have been rocked by the fearless young opening pair from Rajasthan Royals. RR have raced to a mammoth 87 runs at the end of the Powerplay, setting up the chase in commanding fashion. Much like RR's struggles in the first innings, GT have been off the mark with the ball and have been thoroughly dismantled by the dynamic duo of Yashasvi Jaiswal and Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who show no signs of slowing down. Gujarat Titans desperately need breakthroughs, and they need them immediately if they are to wrestle back any control in this high-scoring thriller. We are back for the chase! The umpires are back out in the middle and it is Rashid Khan who leads the GT troops out to the middle and not Shubman Gill. It will be the duo of Yashasvi Jaiswal and young Vaibhav Suryavanshi to open the innings for RR. Actually, Gill has been subbed out and Ishant Sharma is brought in as the Impact Player, which means Rashid will be the captain for GT. Mohammed Siraj has the new ball in hand and is raring to go.

... The Run Chase ...

Right then, 210 is what Rajasthan Royals need to pick up two points and keep their playoff hopes alive, and a lot will ride on their dynamic openers. Gujarat Titans do have wicket-takers up top, and that match-up between the GT pacers against the RR openers will be a contest to keep an eye on. Don't go away, as the chase is up next.

Jos Buttler, the man of the moment, is down for a chat. He says it's a nice performance and lauds the openers for setting up another strong platform to get to this total. Mentions that it is a good wicket with a fast outfield and they will have to bowl well. Further says they had a talk in the middle and felt 190 could be the total they need if the dew comes in later. States that every time a team gets beyond 200, it is a good score but they will have to do well with the ball in hand. Concludes by appreciating the consistency and talent of both openers.

Rajasthan Royals needed to back their skipper's decision with the ball but failed to get any wickets in the Powerplay. After the first 6 overs though, they did manage to hold up one end and finally got a wicket. That didn't do them any good as they failed to build on it and the scoring rate started to rise. The wickets did come towards the death but RR ended up conceding way too many boundaries and runs.

Gujarat Titans with another classic batting performance and it was that opening stand that set it all up yet again. Shubman Gill and Sai Sudharsan put on 93 runs in just 10.2 overs, when Sai got out. Gill didn't take his foot off the pedal and Jos Buttler just came in and joined the party. The duo accelerated in the middle overs before Gill fell for a fine 84. Buttler kept on finding the boundaries along with the likes of Sundar, Tewatia, and Khan, who all came in and hit at least one boundary each to finish on a high. Buttler also managed to notch up a Fifty on the last ball of the innings against his former team.

Yet another blockbuster of a performance from GT's top three and the Titans have put a massive total on the board. It did feel like a 180 wicket but GT have gone past 200 runs. RR will need to bring their A-game with the bat if they are to have any chances of gunning this total down.

The physio has rushed onto the scene and the umpire also signals for a Strategic Break! Gujarat Titans have laid down a strong platform, and with Shubman Gill now well set and shifting gears, alongside Jos Buttler finding his best rhythm, things are looking ominous for Rajasthan Royals as we head into the final four overs. Strategic Break! Yet another classic set-up from the Gujarat Titans openers up top and they have hardly broken a sweat to notch up 74 runs in just 8 overs. Shubman Gill has been the aggressor but Sai Sudharsan has also looked good and the signs are ominous for Rajasthan Royals with Jos Buttler yet to come. The Royals haven't managed to pick up a wicket and the pacers and the spinners have both been dealt with ease thus far. The next few overs are crucial as a couple of wickets can really get RR back in the game, but if they fail to pick up wickets, GT can really pile on the pressure. Adds that it feels great to be high up in the table but nothing changes and they need to keep looking for improvement. Mentions that everybody in the team has been in such situations and knows how to come out of it and they are just looking forward to this game. Further adds that in the last 3-4 games they have played well for the majority but have faltered at crucial times, which is how cruel this game can be and they don't want to repeat it again.
