The cherry on top of this historic match was Qamran Iqbal bringing up a glorious century, a massive achievement in a grand finale. Karnataka accepts their fate  - Right from the onset, it did not look like Karnataka even tried to turn the tables, as they had calculated that this had gone far from their reach. There was a visible lack of intensity in the field as the former champions struggled to find a breakthrough.
