Anjali Gaikwad gets eliminated from Indian Idol 12, fans say bring her back
The latest episode of Indian Idol 12 saw the elimination of contestant Anjali Gaikwad. Since then, fans have been flooding Twitter demanding to bring her back on the show.
In the latest episode of Indian Idol 12, contestant Anjali Gaikwad was eliminated from the show due to lesser votes. Ever since, fans have been flooding social media demanding to bring her back. This was the seventh elimination of the show after Nachiket Lele. Sayli Kamble, Anjali Gaikwad and Swai Bhatt were in the danger zone this week. Only eight contestants are left on Indian Idol 12 now.

A fan wrote, "#IndianIdol2021. These are difficult times.. scared with every call on phone, every post on social media.. what they might bring.. nobody knows. A couple of hours of music takes us back to a nostalgic era. None of the kids deserve elimination least so #AnjaliGaikWad. Bring her back (sic)."

Meanwhile, the recent episode was themed as the Zeenat Aman Special. The Indian Idol contestants were seen singing some of her popular songs as a tribute to her. It was a fun-filled evening where Himesh Reshammiya and Anu Malik took the judges seat and host Aditya Narayan added fun elements to the show. The actress also shared some anecdotes from her shooting days.
