Man gives tour of 'smallest apartment in Paris'; rent leaves people stunned
The video was shared on Instagram by fashion model Sebastian Hedberg and began with the tenant introducing his compact apartment in Paris.

A video tour of what a tenant claimed is the “smallest apartment in Paris” has gone viral after viewers got a glimpse of the tiny room, its unusual balcony access and the €600 (Rs 67,364 approximately) monthly rent attached to it.
The clip was shared on Instagram by fashion model Sebastian Hedberg and began with the tenant introducing his compact apartment in Paris.
“Oh, you haven’t seen? I live in the smallest apartment in Paris. I pay €600,” the tenant said in the video.
When asked how he found the place, the tenant said he discovered it through Leboncoin, a popular French classifieds website. Hedberg then said that the apartment “looks so Parisian”, prompting the tenant to reveal what he considers the best part of the property - its balcony view.
“Wait till you see the view. I am on the seventh floor,” he said.
The video also highlighted the challenges of the tiny living space. Asked whether the building has an elevator, the tenant replied, “134 steps,” indicating that he has to climb stairs to reach the apartment.
The room itself appeared tightly packed, with clothes tucked into a side drawer and a small shower squeezed into the corner. To access the balcony, the tenant has to climb onto his bed before stepping outside. The bathroom was located outside the apartment and appeared to be shared by several other tenants in the building.
Despite the cramped layout, the tenant said the balcony remained his favourite spot in the apartment.
“I never get tired of it,” he said while showing the view of the Paris skyline.

His rent, unsurprisingly, left social media users stunned with several questioning how such a compact space in Paris could cost that much despite its limited layout and lack of basic conveniences like a lift.
The clip has gone viral with close to eight million views online.
