RFK Jr proudly handles snakes with bare hands, ignores wife's warnings

Not everyone would casually pick up two snakes while friends and family looked on nervously. But that is exactly what US Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F Kennedy Jr did in a video that has gone viral on social media.
The clip, shared by RFK Jr on X, shows him handling two black racer snakes at a beachfront property while those around him watched with concern. The non-venomous reptiles repeatedly appeared to lunge toward Kennedy as he held them up and displayed them to others nearby.
Among those present were Mehmet Oz, administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and his wife, The New York Post reports. Also in the video was Kennedy's wife, actress Cheryl Hines, who repeatedly urged him to be careful.
“Those are dangerous. Honey, honey, let them go,” Hines told RFK Jr. Despite her repeated pleas, he appeared unfazed and continued interacting with the reptiles while smiling.
At one point, one of the snakes appeared to bite RFK Jr, but he showed little reaction and continued handling the reptiles.
