Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that third World War would be nuclear and disastrous.

The second nuke threat from Putin administration comes on a day when the Round 2 of Russia-Ukraine talks are slated to take place.

The first round of Russia-Ukraine talks failed to yield any results. The first round of talks held in the border town of Gomel in Belarus on Monday lasted for nearly five hours.
