In an exclusive interview with India Today, singer Armaan Khan, son of the legendary Ustad Rashid Khan, announced he has 'blacklisted' Bangladesh and will never perform there. Khan cancelled his concert scheduled for the same evening due to the ongoing atrocities against Hindus and the destruction of musical instruments in the country. He stated, 'I am never going to Bangladesh, ever'. Expressing his anguish as both a musician and an Indian, Khan called for all artists to boycott performing in Bangladesh until the violence stops. He questioned the role of the Bangladesh government, suggesting a possibility of their involvement in the unrest. Khan, a Muslim, asserted that Islam was made for peace and condemned those using religion to perpetrate violence. He also shared his concern for his Hindu friends who are currently 'traumatized' and stuck in Bangladesh.
